Delayed update of my workout yesterday, June 4 Workout: Ran outside Good evening from Surigao City! Yesterday, I visited the rubberized oval at Grandstand and spend my time running barefoot from 6:11pm to 6:45pm. I also met Ace of SRC doing a tempo workout in the oval along the way. I am glad that the Grandstand oval was open until 10pm for athletes and runners doing their workout after office hour. A fee of P20 pesos/pax is collected for the maintenance of the area. Strengthening workout: 30 pushups and 30 squats Fuel before the workout: hamburger, coffee and 3 glasses of water Recovery meal: 2 bottles of stallion, beef steak, mashed potato, and 2 glasses of water.
