Delayed update of my workout yesterday, October 8 Workout: Ran outside Good evening from Magellan Island! Together with Geraldine, we ran the Mine Camp to hilltop trail yesterday from 4:45pm to 6:12pm. Yesterday, I also started my new lifestyle experiment: no more shampoo and soap during bathing or shower. Shampoo and soap contains harmful substances that will affect the health of our hair and skin. Studies have shown that shampoo and many beauty products contain chemicals that are harmful for our health. Skin is the largest organ in our body and chemicals can be absorbed into our body and enter the bloodstream through our skin and scalp. This lifestyle helps me a lot to regain my health.
