Delhi-sonipat-panipat-karnal and back.. Dec 27 .. 0700-2030 hrs.. Delhi has been freezing and hit by treacherous fog since the last few days.. The temperatures are near killing and the chill bone shattering .. But when insanity prevails few blokes pick up their cycles and romp to conquer the roads .. First 30 odd kms saw us through blinding fog and bone rattling chill remained throughout .. Around 50 odd kms of respite post panipat as the sun cut across the clouds,alas not for long ..Was with my not so motley a crew of cycling buddies .. Contrary of what one decided the speed was kept to the higher side of 30 kmph mostly except for the few traffic hit stretches .. In the end it helped us to avoid the fog as we entered Delhi on the way back .. Made it back at a sane hour around 0830pm .. Insanity continued as we decided to ride back home from the finish point .. The al kauser biryani and kebabs on the way were a treat .. All in all this 300 km on a treaded path felt different and challenging .. Thats what its about .. The challenge .. Thank you Oneal sir and Vikas Garg.. Your company makes it easy ..
