Deliberations with BJP over govt formation: PDP dismisses reports Srinagar, Dec 26 (KNS): Dismissing the reports that his party was in deliberations with BJP over government formation, Peoples Democratic Party chief spokesman Nayeem Akhtar Friday said there has been no formal offer from the BJP over the issue till now.“We have not received any formal offer from BJP and if there will be we will deliberate over it,” he told KNS.Asked about Ram Madhav’s talks with PDP leaders, he said, “It was informal talk. But I appreciate Madhav’s statement where he said Mufti Mohamamd Sayeed is a national leader and BJP holds him in high caliber.”On National Conference’s offer of support to his party for government formation, Akhtar said, “NC has neither sent a written nor verbal offer to us. They say it in media only. They didn’t approach us. Had they we would have deliberated over it.”He also dismissed reports that Mufti Sayeed was going to Delhi to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other BJP leaders for talks over government formation.
