Delicious GLUTEN FREE HERB CRACKERS - ready in 20 minutes and so much better than the bought version - I promise!! Makes about 20 crackers Ingredients • 1.5 cups of blanched almond flour • (you can add any other GF flour like buckwheat) • 1.5 tablespoon of Chia seeds • 2 tablespoon of herbs of your liking (i.e. rosemary, dill, thyme..) • ½ teaspoon of sea salt • Ground pepper to taste • 1 tablespoon of olive oil • 1 medium organic egg • 2 tablespoons of water Method 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. 2. In a small bowl, lightly whisk egg, oil and water together 3. In a larger bowl combine the rest of the ingredients into a soft dough 4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir well to combine. Once the dough comes together, use your clean hands to mix well and ensure a uniform mixture 5. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to desired thickness. 6. Peel off the top sheet of parchment paper and place bottom sheet with dough onto baking tray 7. Cut into squares, prick a few holes with a fork, and bake for about 12-15 minutes, until lightly golden around the edges. 8. Let cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
