Dell, you just get worse. Support guy came out today to replace the motherboard in previously mentioned PC. He takes the first screw out of the back of the PC. The second screw however proves to be more difficult. He strips the screw. So I grab a rubber band and try a trick I read on the net. I start twisting the screwdriver and the Dell Support guy is like "No no not that way, it goes the other way". This confuses me. All the screws I know of screw in clockwise and unscrew counter-clockwise. After much debating, he proves to me that I am right and HE is wrong. Turns out, he stripped the screw because he thought it unscrewed the opposite way it is supposed to... Apart from that, he was a nice dude.
