Deload squats and lightest week overhead press. Hip feels tender but the reps went ok. This was my first time training at this gym and I didnt like it. The squat rack is in front if a window and I could t find a fixed point to concentrate on. I did extra front squat sets which felt quite good but I did prematurely tax out my shoulders and missed a rep on my lightest week for the overhead press. Needed at least 5 (I can so this weight for 6 or 7) but only got 4, I waited 20 sec and did the 5th after. Love it, live it. #deload #powerlifting
