Demand the Agung implement the Interim Good Governance Government (IGGG M) with people independent of BN/PR as it is believed BN/PR would not deal with the pressing raised in 14 points n more. BN would just stay silent and PR would just talk about it and both NATO. DRAFT on 14 Points related to the RCI Report on Sabah. In the wake of the RCI Report, the people of Sabah and Sarawak should focus on the following issues of legitimacy involving unfinished chapters -- decolonisation, self-determination, the defence burden, common market -- on the British Empire in Borneo and Malaysia (the peninsula): (1) launch an online signature campaign to demand that Putrajaya release the alleged 5,000 missing pages of the RCI Report; (2) launch an online signature campaign to demand the immediate closure of the National Registration Department, Election Commission, Immigration and Police, all Federal Malaysian Departments in Sabah and Sarawak, and their replacement by North Borneo and Sarawak Departments; (3) launch a signature campaign for the replacement of the MyKad (Malaysia Kad Akuan Diri) in Sabah by the North Borneo Identity Card and in Sarawak by the Sarawak IC; (4) launch an online signature campaign to demand that the Federal Constitution be amended, in line with the intention of the founding fathers in Borneo on the 1963 Arrangement with the Malayan Government, to delete a reference to Sabah and Sarawak as states in the Malaysian Federation, formerly known as the Malayan Federation and synonymous with the Malayan Federation; and further demand the withdrawal of the Federal Constitution from Sabah and Sarawak; (5) launch an online signature campaign to demand the withdrawal of the Malaysian Federation, formerly known as the Malayan Federation and synonymous with it; and withdrawal of the Malaysian Government, formerly known as the Malayan Government and synonymous with it, from Sabah and Sarawak; (6) launch a signature campaign for the establishment of a Commission in Borneo to exercise oversight on the Equal Partnership of North Borneo, Sarawak and Malaysia in line with the Spirit of the Malaysia Agreement 1963. The Commission should focus only on joint defence, currency union, common market and customs union, foreign affairs, the Commonwealth, the work of the UN, Asean, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, Constitution of the Equal Partnership and Parliament (to be based in Borneo) of the Partnership; (7) launch an online signature campaign for the Sabah Assembly and the Malaysian Parliament to debate the contents of the RCI Report and all Assemblymen in Sabah and all MPs in the Malaysian Parliament to publicly declare their stand on the said contents; (8) read the RCI Report as it now stands and debate its contents, the issues outlined above and the issues following in the social media including in this Forum and through Public Forums; (9) lodge police reports against the culprits mentioned in the RCI Report. Every Sabahan can lodge one; (10) launch an online signature campaign to demand that the police and AG in Sabah; and the IGP and the AG in Malaysia take action against the culprits mentioned in the contents of the RCI Report; (11) initiate a class action suit in the High Court of Borneo against the culprits mentioned in the contents of the RCI Report and on the contents; (12) give any other input on the contents of the RCI Report to the management committee on the RCI Report headed by Pairin; (13) give any other input on the contents of the RCI Report to the permanent secretariat on the RCI Report headed by the Chief Minister of Sabah and the Home Minister of Malaysia; and (14) deliberate on any other issues not mentioned above.
