Demar Lincoln, the wildly successful head coach of the Richmond Steelers Midget Football Team, is set to be honored by the City of Richmond at Today’s 6 P.M. council meeting.After 18 years as a youth football coach, Lincoln not only knows how to win but is a mentor to the kids who play for him.Over the past seven years, the Richmond Steelers have earned a trip to the national championship game, winning four of them, according to the city.
