Dembecha Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) College Inaugurated On January 11, 2015, Dembecha Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) College was inaugurated with the presence of high profile government representatives from the federal, regional and zonal levels. The inauguration was also attended by many people from different walks of life coming from Dembecha town. Dembecha is a town in northwestern Ethiopia 350 km north of Addis Ababa. It is located in the West Gojjam Zone of the Amhara Region. It is one of the three towns in Dembecha woreda. The TVET College built consists of 10 big workshop blocks and one administrative block. Partners’ in the Horn of Africa has supported for the construction of two workshops, Auto mechanic and Construction workshops, worth 2 million birr. The Dembecha town people, the construction committee and the government (woreda, zonal and regional) extended their heartfelt gratitude especially to Partners and to all who worked on the project.
