Democracy is not a monolith. One size does not fit all. If the military here said that they disagreed with Barack Obama and disposed him, what would we say? But deeper than that is the switch up in American foreign policy. Hamas was democratically elected by the people of Palestinian yet they are still referred to as a terrorist organization. Can an organization be terroristic yet democratic at the same time?
