In USA even with 2-party system less then 45% people really vote. Winner takes half of this 45% meaning 23% vote. In Pakistan, its worst. Only 40% voted for 4 different candidate. Winner takes 40% votes--- meaning 16%vote to win. And then he becomes God to vote for any jackass to be the Prime Minister, President and anything!
