Demographics is planning a kpop music program for the City of Austins Washington Carver Museum. We will be directing the event called Celebrate Me: Korea and we will be needing dancers/performers and volunteers for this program. If you are interested in volunteering, send me your information (name, age, email/phone#, and where you live) to demographicsent@gmail with subject title celebrate me volunteer application and I will contact you with information about volunteering for the event. If you are wanting to participate as a performer, you will need to know the dance routines/ choreography for the following kpop songs: F(x)- Red Light (5 people required boy or girl) Orange Caramel- Catellina (3 girls required) Infinite- The Chaser (7 people required boy or girl) Exo- Growl (12 people required boy or girl) We will pick a day and location for everyone who is selected to perform, to meet up for practice and refreshments will be provided. Participants wanting to perform will need to send their information (name, age, email/phone#, where you are from, and which song you want to perform[one song only]) to demographicsent@gmail with subject title celebrate me performer application. NOT ALL PARTICIPANTS APPLYING WILL BE SELECTED. This will be a first come first serve basis depending on the number of applicants. The deadline for submitting applications for volunteering and performing is Thursday August 21st, 2014. The Celebrate Me : Korea event will take place at the Washington Carver Museum on Saturday, September 6th, 2014. If you are selected to volunteer or perform, you will need to be available from 12pm to 5pm that day for practice and set up before the performance.
