The charging of 2 inmates (one mentally ill) has confirmed in our minds that the police is being less than transparent and seemingly seek to shield the real culprits from accountability. As a Justice of the Peace, I have examined the documents presented by Mr. McKenzie and they were in good order. Apart from signing the bail bond documents, what other cooperation is needed from Mr. McKenzie?
