Dennys: way to go girl!! Everytime we have gone to Dennys it has been a major disappointment... from bugs, hair, not what we ordered, not being waited on, no blueberries in blueberry french toast.. so we simply decided to stop going. Last night my bf decided to give them another chance since it had been since july.... I on the other hand would have settled for jack in the box at 11pm.. Needless to say we waited 45 mins and watched my bfs meal sit under the lights for at least 10 waiting for mine.. when we got our food his was cold and not complete and mine was not what I ordered. When we asked our server why it sat out for so long he simply ignored us. We spoke our concerns to the manager. This lady was amazing. She went into the kicker herself and showed the cooks how to make a full order at the same time and serve it fast and hot!! It was amazing. Also our meal was free and she gave us gift certificates to come back. She was an amazing manager and we wish she could be cloned and work the whole place. She definitely changed our perspective and we may just go back !! Thankyou so much denny manager you are awsome and your food was perfect!!
