Density Training: This type of training is used to maintain lean dense muscle mass while triggering hormones to burn fat simultaneously. Typically youll want to choose 2 movements for each set. A lower and an upper. Youll perform these movements in a superset, 6-8 reps each, repeating the SS for 3 or 4 minutes depending on your skill level followed by an equal rest time. Repeat for 4 sets. Today we did: (Bench press + lunges) (Incline DB press + DB front squats) (Cable Flys + Rev Flys) Each set, 3 minutes on, 3 minutes rest. Repeat each group for 4 sets. Pick 6-8 movements to pair up for one workout. This type of training will create high amounts of lactic acid and growth hormone. Again creating dense hard muscle and burning fat. You want to stick with lighter weight as you will be doing a high volume of reps. Focus, squeeze and contract. Form and technique are key. This is the last set of my burn out to finish the day.
