Dental implant hell today...four months after taking the plunge and getting one, the oral surgeon tells me that I am the one or two percent that develops an infection around the implant (caused by poor blood flow around the bone there)...meaning that space in my mouth will not support a crown. So with much pain, he unscrewed and yanked it out. My insurance was good covering the antibiotics...Now besides the ouch, and double ouch, ...my options are...wait till it heals and try there again, get an implant instead at no extra charge in the empty socket behind this one, or get my money back and forget it. What say you? What would Jesus do?
