Departing high pressure, centered over the Ohio Valley, and developing low pressure over Alberta will conspire to generate brisk south winds today. Despite temperatures warming into the upper 20s to lower 30s,it will feel like the teens because of the breeze. Calmer and mild weather is on tap for Saturday. Temperatures are forecast to rise above freezing in most areas of the Valley and Lakes Country. Sunday will start mild and fairly calm as low pressure tracks along the International Border. This low is expected to slow down and intensify Sunday night into Monday, bringing a Return to sharply colder and possibly snowy weather to start the Holiday Week.
