Departure Honors: Edwin Andrews Air Base (EAAB), Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City- November 04, 2014, 11am, Rear Admiral Reynaldo A. Yoma of the Joint Task Force ZAMBASULTA, together with Brigadier General Orlando E. De Leon, Deputy Commander, Western Mindanao Command (WESTMINCOM), led the troops during the departure honors to the six (6) fallen heroes (Second Lieutenant June G. Corpuz, Sergeant Tranquilino G. Germo, Private First Class Freddie G. Pandoy, Private First Class Rolando P. Entera, Private First Class Raffy E. Canuto, and Private First Class Mark Anthony F. Singson), who risked their lives during a brief encounter with the Abu Sayyaf Group in Sumisip, Basilan last November 02, 2014. The remains were airlifted by C130 cargo plane to North Cotabato, Davao and Manila.
