Deportation Ceremony... Well today at 1 pm I go to SNHU and watch the Deportation Ceremony of our son Cory Chrestensen and soon by February will be heading off to the other side of the world on his first tour of duty for his fellow country men/women and country as a whole. I guess as a father you can understand my nervousness, my anxiety and all that. Being a child with parents whom were in the Army/Air Corp (mom) and the Navy (dad) and having other family members and friends whom have served and continue to serve I will be waiting until his return in 2016. Time of reflection, time of prayers, time for asking GOD to give me the strength to pass this test.. .I take this time to pause, to reflect... Thank you one and all whom have served our country, whom continue to do so and those whom gave their life so we can still be free in this world.
