Depression hurts. It is insidious, and dark, and can bring so many down to depths no one thought possible. Its not a weakness of character, or a sign you are not strong. We all need help from time to time, and mental health care is as if not more important than your annual physical check up. It affects so many people, and so many try to hide it, push it down so its not seen. Robin Williams is just one of the many funny, loving, outgoing people this disease has brought down. Dont let it bring you to that point. Seek help. Know you are loved. Mental health care is a dire need, and services are sorely lacking.
