Deputies Search for Suspects in Car Break-in and Theft Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputies are searching for two men who are wanted in connection with the breaking and entering of an unlocked vehicle and with taking the owner’s wallet. On Tuesday, September 30, 2014, at around 4:30 a.m. the suspects broke into a 1996 Chevrolet Tahoe parked on the 1200 block of Barn Owl Drive in the Brookshire subdivision of Fayetteville. They took a wallet containing cash, a debit card, and a driver’s license. The suspects then used the things they stole to go on a shopping spree. As a result, they were identified via surveillance video inside local a Wal-Mart buying clothing and other miscellaneous items with the victim’s debit card, totaling more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). The suspects are described as black males and are believed to be in their early to mid-twenties. One of the suspects was last seen wearing a grey shirt, black pants, grey shoes, and he had short cropped hair. The second suspect was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jean jacket, grey sweat pants, teal colored shoes and a multi colored hat.
