Deputies: Two arrested in ATM thefts MARIETTA, SC (FOX Carolina) - The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said two men are in custody in connection to thefts and attempted thefts of ATMs. Deputies said they received eight different reports involving the theft or attempted theft of ATM machines between Nov. 24 and Dec. 11 at different locations around the county. They said four machines were taken and the suspects attempted to pry open or steal four more. Through their investigation, property crimes investigators identified 47-year-old Donald Fleming and 35-year-old Daniel Webb as suspects in the case, according to the sheriff’s office. Deputies said Fleming was arrested on Dec. 15 and is currently being held a the Greenville County Detention Center. Webb had been on the run until Thursday, when he was taken into custody after a short manhunt where a helicopter, K-9s and officers assisted in the search in the Marietta area, according to the sheriff’s office. Fleming has been charged with two counts of burglary/safecracking, two counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of grand larceny, two counts of criminal conspiracy and malicious damage to property.
