Situated in a great location with excellent access to road and public transport links, this impressive service provides 24 hour care and support to older people with dementia and general nursing needs. The successful candidate will support the Home Manager with the day to day management of the nursing home and will provide continuous support and guidance to the team. The role will include, monitoring and managing clinical procedures within the home, identifying training opportunities and ensuring that the home maintains and exceeds CQC expectations. A nursing qualification RGN and an active NMC pin number are required for this role along with current experience working in a supervisory position within an elderly nursing home. This is a full time, permanent opportunity covering 42 hours per week. An excellent salary of £35,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate.
