Deputy Minister of Health Dr Joe Phaahla, Health MEC Ishmael Kgetjepe and Speaker Cllr Mamphekgo on their knees: This past Sunday 12th October 2014, Alliance Church in Mohlaletse (GaSekhukhune), Limpopo, arranged a Thanksgiving special prayer session for political leaders from all levels of government: National, Provincial and Local. On the invitation list was the Minister of Health Dr Aaron Motsoaledi, Deputy Minister of Health Dr Joe Phaahla, Limpopo Health MEC Mr Ishmael Kgetjepe, and Fetakgomo Speaker Cllr KK Mamphekgo. President Jacob Zuma saw it fit to put the responsibility of RSA health issues on the shoulders of Limpopo leadership. It was indeed a privilege, as one of the guest speakers on that blessed Sunday, to share the stage with these great men and leaders (homeboys). As usual, Bishop Mashabela delivered a good message from the book of Daniel and prayed for all our government leaders, and myself. I spoke about Education, Investment and Leadership. Thanks to a visionary leader and friend Pastor Mampuru for organizing such a necessary service. This is the whole duty of churches; to invite and pray for all our leaders in government. What an experience.
