Deregulation, Debt and The Discipline Of Law Professor Margaret Thornton of our partner the Australian National University College of Law writes in the forthcoming issue of the Alternative Law Journal on what deregulation of university fees and the withdrawal of any public funding of the teaching of law would mean for legal education.
