Derek Henderson stated Stephanie Connors will handle a secret ballot voting process for a new ratification vote of the SAME HYDRO ACCORD AGREEMENT in october. not too sure of the date but it is in october....HOW CAN AN ELECTORAL OFFICER HANDLE A RATIFICATION VOTING PROCESS? Are people who dont live in the reserve going to be receiving mail in ballots? Have they sent out voting ballots already? Just a little under 2 months to prepare these ballots and mail them out. To me I dont think Sagkeeng should be doing secret ballots in the ratification vote. What was wrong with the good honest open voting process that was used June 14 2014? He also stated people were intimidated at that assembly june 14th. Did the no voters intimidate anyone at that assembly? I know all the people got up and walked to the no side that day. I didnt see people forcing others too the no side as well. I think it was good that day, all the people clapped and shouted in cheers. I want an agreement but just not that one. this is not intended to offend anyone. Just my thoughts.
