Derrick is becoming the new Dr. Will. hate to say it, but he may even be better – the best ever at BB. I definitely don’t recall a better pure manipulator on the show, nor anyone even close, really. Dan tried to be this same type of guy with & didn’t have the depth or the skills, as I remember. smooth as hell; dude is charming the pants right off of the pope on a daily basis at this point. I assume that others eventually figure this out & vote him out (for their own safety), but mad respect to the guys overall BB game from me. I actually like Christine’s idea (for once) for splitting the vote somehow to avoid Zach potentially blowing up Derrick’s/Cody’s/Frankie’s games, though she’s actually helping Derrick & also Cody with that idea – not herself – without really knowing even it. turning friends/bromances against each other and invariably TO him, no less - being able to make someone believe that what YOU need them to do is: a. their only real choice, &, b. in their best interest, is quite useful in the game. the fact that he can do all of this and HGs (at least 4 that I count so far) then come back to him like little kids, usually later & individually, asking literally what to do, is amazing. if Im an HG right now, Im voting Derrick out at the very soonest possible, over ANYONE else. bears will kill you, after all, while you can play with little squirrels all day. I like Donnys homespun, simple game second best this year, with his ability to personally connect just you & me style with anyone in the house. And they say BB is no place for an honorable game… hell likely stay safe until other HGs get tired of having a moral compass in their midst. increasingly, I see someone taking Vicky all the way to F2, a la Gina Marie, for an easy win. my wife’s original day #1 pick of Hayden to win it all is looking better & better as well, IMO (don’t even ask who I picked day #1 :-)).
