Description POLE FITNESS Pole fitness is the ultimate workout for the modern day woman – it’s impressive, fun and an amazing workout. Improving your: • strength • flexibility • stamina • co-ordination • self-esteem/ confidence You’ll learn spectacular spins and choreography in a short space of time and will be amazed to see how fast you master the movements. THE INSTRUCTOR Manar was first introduced to pole fitness three years ago and has become addicted to the sport ever since. She has been a member of Kent Pole Fitness (KPF) and has been teaching pole at KPF for over a year and a half. KPF was voted the best university pole society in the UK in 2012, where Manar was teaching at the time. She is currently a level 7 out of 8 according to the Pole Dancing School, London. THE CLASS A typical class starts with an energizing warm up and stretches. Each session aims to teach a number of moves which will be mastered into a routine performed at the end of each class. We offer one-hour sessions of a maximum of 4 people per class to ensure everyone gets the best training possible. Private lessons are also available upon request. CLOTHING Shorts are necessary as they help you grip better on the pole. No jewelry of any kind. Most importantly, DO NOT MOISTURISE, as you will not be able to last a second on the pole.
