Desensitization? This is a little spooky... Can anyone recall ever before the government being so concerned about you they sent troops to "check" how you are feeling? The NG spokesman seemed quite uncomfortable with it... I must admit, am not comfortable with it. No looting, no rescues. Just troops wandering the streets. That is usually done at the church level or other social workers.
