Design Graphics Senior Manager Job Description Responsibilities : Propose appropriate store fixtures & utilities based on Merchandising Division’s request Negotiate with vendors & consultants (Contractor, sub contractor, designer, etc) Establish & manage construction & fitting out schedule, and coordinate with all related parties (internal & external) to ensure that all the works are progressing according to schedule Review supplier performance, and develop potential supplier to achieve maximum efficiency of assigned projects. Manage tender process to ensure that transparency & efficiency is achieved. Ensure that construction & fitting out process is within approved budget. Requirement : Maximum 40 years Education : University or college graduate from any major Work Experience : Minimum 3 years in same position preferable experience in shopping mall development / retail industry. (site work, interior fitting work etc) Skill : Project management, negotiation, tender management.
