As a Content Developer you must be a good writer, a diligent researcher, strong with a variety of academic and professional disciplines, and most importantly, be willing to learn. Since the primary language in all these activities is English, excellent written and verbal communication is imperative. Job Description • Read and comprehend subject material from textbooks • Analyze the material to create customized content such as Test banks, Quizzes, Presentations or Instructor Guidebooks that is audience-appropriate and adheres to internal quality standards • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure client-ready files. These will include concept (subject matter) checks, checks for grammar, format and client guidelines • Provide on-the-job training to new team members and review their work Education Any Graduates/Post Graduates (Business law, Economics, Management, English, Marketing, Philosophy and Sociology or Journalism) Experience 0 to 4 years of relevant experience (teaching/writing/business research/training).
