Review resumes, conduct interviews against defined criteria and record the outcome. Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and social media. Coordinate all phases of interviews and joining process. Maintain candidate recruitment call sheets, resume database and performance reports. Establish and manage vendor relationships. Provide a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process.
