Responsibilities 1) To be able to make presentations in Malayalam and English. 2) To build and maintain relationship with hospitals and NGOs to spread the message of organ donation. 3) To counsel patients, and families of “brain dead” patients to donate organs, and to coordinate the entire process of transplant coordination. 4) Excellent communication skills along with computer training and database management are essential. 5) Candidate should be dynamic, honest and possess critical thinking ability.
