Designs By Brenda will be selling at the SCAs Medieval Marketplace on Saturday, Nov. 30th from 10am - about 4pm. Admission is free! Renaissance costume is encouraged, but not necessary. Kuns Park 1600 Bonita Ave. La Verne, CA 91750 (Its between Bonita & Magnolia) There are 2 Baronies sponsoring this event, which means more shoppers, more swordplay demonstrations & more opportunities to purchase unique, handcrafted items before the Holidays get too busy! Please note that because my banners are not period, they will not be displayed, however the rest of my booth will retain its normal appearance, with the possible addition of some Celtic panels. In any case, you wont have trouble finding me. The park is small & in a nice residential area, so street parking is easy & convenient. There will be a donation style lunch counter, or you can bring your own. Also, bring your own chairs if you would like a place to sit down. Usually, there are demonstrations such as Weaving & Spinning & more. A Raffle is also planned, featuring donations from the vendors. If you missed the Renaissance Faire this year, or just need an olde fashioned pleasant day, please bring your Holiday shopping list and enjoy a calm, unhurried shopping experience at the Medieval Marketplace!
