Desirae interrupted one of my conversations again tonight (Rachel mustve trained her originally...) and I told her to go back to talking to herself. Then she sneered at me and grabbed all of my creamers and threw them across the counter. At least she didnt wing one at my chest and dent me again. Accidental facebook deletions happen; at least I admitted it was an accident. People get so weird over that. HOW DARE YOU DELETE ME!!! And suddenly youre locked with someones hands trying to force a machete back and away from your face. Social networks. Many people told me I was beautiful and lovely tonight. I always figure its a joke but ok. Still only getting a $1 tip. That time of the year. Thats more then 15% anyway. I think. My 3 major subjects are History and Writing. What do I know. I has an Essay to do tonight. YEA. I took my $65 rental back a while ago, because it sickens me to pay almost $70 for a RENTAL that I must return on time... or incur a penalty for the same amount. Professors always sympathize.. Oh its so bad... so rotten so unfair these book prices... by the way the text I chose is $150 and the thickness of a travel brochure and I recommend the $110 calculator you can find in the bookstore. Ok Im going to assume the roll of a professor... (Ive been in education K-12) but ya Im going to pretend I am teaching college, heres how I open class: Ok guys, I know education in this era and through the past decade is total and obvious exploitation and racketeering... and the price of materials is entirely unjust, especially for the quality and the fact that books now are mostly un-bound... so I will be teaching everything you need to know for all tests. And here is an additional sheet with a list of online resources and recommended books/videos, materials. Everything youll need to know, I will be discussing in detail though as well... all of my recommended material and whats to be all of the subject matter regarding all of the assignments or thesis topics and exams. If you miss class, you need to do independent study. I follow the syllabus to the exact point; it does not change, refer to it. Everything taught corresponds. You will not suffer any deceptions by me, and if you feel there are any, I wish to be Challenged during office hours or after class or I check my email twice or 3 times a day. And since this is the first day, Im done and all of you can go home early or stick around for some pre-discussion of the course and what well be learning through the entire quarter. Because I like to earn the money I take and I give an f about my chosen profession and everyone who paid a lot of money and time for a higher education. I sold a graphing calculator tonight. Heres a warning to all... if you are especially engaged within an exchanged and taking a strangers money, and its in the dark... take it to a grocery store immediately and have them swipe a counterfeit-detection pen over all of the bills. It was too dark to see her license plate. You always want to keep the phone numbers. NEVER EVER trust people who youve never met and especially say theyre new in town and have a different area code. That was my case tonight. One of the bills was very new and didnt look right, even holding it to the light in my car. Go to grocery stores. Theyre open late and deal with counterfeits ALL OF THE TIME. I used to work in Grocery long ago. One of my first careers. But ya, they have everything to check. I swiped with a pen on all the $20s and they were legit. Its a light gold color that shows up, then it goes away over time like disappearing ink. Go to customer services or supervisors. Theyll find a pen. Anything different will look darker then a very light golden color thats hard to notice. Or a different color. Some people are just dumb and suspicious too. This girl couldnt even give me decent information I had to hold her hand so we could meet and have the transaction. lol Just no details or info. Unraveling a story as I converse over texts, having to tell her about Vancouver and where to go and what Clark College is. Ridiculous. But ya. People are friendly then pass the money immediately, jump in their cars and speed away. lol If you get phoney bills though you want to get to the police station (as worthless as they are in this city... as much as they refuse to investigate anything...) and get the phone numbers or plates to them so they can track the person and put them in prison. Passing counterfeits is a major federal offense and youll get put away. And it happens A LOT. People are really dumb... grocery stores are highly trained in it. Hopefully the PIC or Supervisors not an idiot.. they werent too bright at Freds tonight. Reminded me of working there... I was in Produce, I had to answer calls in other departments because no one would ever show up to people waiting. Disgusting. Im in Produce aprons and shit with knives hanging off me running through feminine products isles helping ladies. lol LOOKED SO WEIRD. People run and hide though. People do not get canned this day and age... it is so bad out there. Good people cannot get hired, usually due to lack of networks and favors and bad/lazy people are gladhanded work. I should know I gave family and friends tons of jobs over the years. Off my good name, which always ended badly. Even if they were bright, it just never worked out. People who are handed shit in life have no respect for opportunities or the people granting them. None. Nuff said. Another rant there. #*(@&$%(*@ God knows I was never assisted. I CLAWED for every position. To get into the Restaurant business as a busser and a manager I had to CLAW. Come back every day and be persistent until the right guy hired me at the right time. Jesus... I had to leave and go into security because I have a severe scoliosis and tilted hips and bad arthritis everywhere. So ya I cant do standing-work or labor anymore AT ALL at this age. My last job was supervising an IT office as an armed guard. That ended badly when I almost died (literally) of unvented diesel exhaust I breathed all day, every day for 2 years. Tremors, black outs... all of it. Soot piling up on counters and the ceiling every week. Vacuumed constantly. Horrible. Breath that shit all day, every day, 10 hours straight. While doing a highly stressful job that kept growing and growing. lol My life hasnt been fun... lol. Its been pretty wicked. Many transitions in the past few years. Lots of changes since 2008/2009. Im ranting. Bleh.
