We would like to take a moment to explain. We have always been strong believers in giving back to our supporters/listeners. This is why we have always and will continue to offer our music for a pay what you can price. We don’t feel that we would be enjoying the opportunities or success that we are without people taking a chance of a little known band from Canada. Also to state the obvious, if you have the internet you can find our music for free very easily elsewhere. Providing it for pay what you can is not only humbling for us, but, also helps to ensure that the files circulating are from a reliable source and sound the way we intended them to sound. Timo from Alerta Antifascista Records has over the years developed a huge amount of support for the underground music community both in Germany and abroad. With this release alone he has gone to great lengths to make sure we received the record we wanted, how we wanted it. Not to mention the amazing support and organization he dedicated to us for our upcoming European tour. Timo has gone to great lengths to financially support bands like Alaskan so they can achieve their goals. He approached us and explained that the 4 euros he would be charging would go straight back into helping said community. We believe in Timo’s hard work and ethics and are proud to call him a friend. That being said, we have always been modest people. We are surprised time and time again by the support you all have shown us over the years. Regardless of where you choose to download these tracks from just us knowing that we continue to produce music that you all seem to enjoy is more than enough of a compliment and more than enough to keep us going.
