Despite having moved around, between parents, states, and schools (Ive gone to most in Shreveport!), and Ive known many people who were moved around much more than I... I consider the Shreveport-Bossier City region of NW Louisiana my home! But, like the sad feelings experienced when driving by an old childhood home and seeing it dilapidated or burned-down, I have been deeply saddened observing the decline of my hometown and have prayed for deliverance...and then it dawned on me: It is now time for my generation to step-up and take the reigns for the future of our community... Taking action is difficult and there are many challenged to be overcome but I have as much incentive and ability within my power to do as much for my hometown as any other! Do we not All have that responsibility? Im spending a lot of time in prayer and meditation seeking guidance on how I may best help our community and I would greatly appreciate your input! B
