Despite our request to await the outcome of our appeal that is currently being reviewed by the MSA, Roger Tello, in his infinite wisdom, has decided to go public with the situation so far regarding the legality of my cylinder head as run at the Oulton Park meeting in July. It would be wrong of me to discuss the situation until the official decision has be made, suffice to say we think we have a good case. So thank you to those of you have offered your support and I will issue a statement when appropriate. It is actually nice to know that Roger is still out there somewhere, as I and many of those involved in reviewing my case have been unable to get any response from him, despite the numerous attempts we have made to speak to him.
