Despite /r/technology being one of the more drama-filled subs, Im kind of happy to see this. Perhaps the beginnings of a proper revolt against Comcast; as it at least got corporate attention. Long story short, guy gets charged $1300 for unreturned equipment that did not exist. Guy has well-documented interactions with Comcast, including the initial cancellation of his service that incurred the charges in the first place. Was ignored by Comcast for 25 months. Guy gets fed-up, posts about it on reddit. Story goes viral.
