Despite the Fiji Football Association transfer window opening in March, districts are already eyeing players to join them. In particular the Suva and Ba sides have been holding talks with players in a bid to bolster their side for the OFC Champions League. Ba is looking at the likes of Malakai Tiwa, Abu Zahid, Keegan Linderboom, James Hoyt Junior and a few other local-based players. Suva, which has a good side, has also been holding talks with players based overseas, and coach Gurjit Singh will be making a decision on his return from the USA.
