Despite the fact I had voted for Uhuru in 2002,I have never liked Ruto,I voted them may be I was naive,I regret,those who rejected and KANU liberated KENYA but when I saw them vote the duo in last years elections,knowing clearly that they had grown from bad to worse I realized how people like warthogs forget easily! A friend of mine wanted to change my perception about Ruto,2011 June-July,Ruto was the Min for Higher Education,my friend asked me to accompany him to meet Ruto at his rural home,it didnt excite me,my friend had been booked an appointment to meet Ruto by his friend,I later realized there was no appointement ,it was only that Ruto was home that weekend,we spent our night in Eldoret,early bird catches it...by 5am on that Saturday morning we were up and moving,some minutes to 7am we were at his(Rutos) gate. Never think we were the first arrivals,nope! A middle aged woman a young man probably her son were shivering outside too,it was extremely cold,as the sun rose,the appointees grew,something that made my friend uneasy,you see,we have to meet Mheshimiwa before everybody else,we were the first... I give credit,Ruto is an early riser,I couldnt imagine when my friend asked me to look back from where we were standing,a medium sized-black man in gumboots emerged from the woods with a Moses(bible) like cane, beside his gate,he stood at the lawn to start attending us.
