Despite the reservations of your truly regarding certain policy aspects of this college, the Bishop of Fort Worth has clearly issued an illicit decree. He simply has no power to prevent the celebration of the Traditional Form of the Roman Mass by a priest with faculties, and with sufficient competence to celebrate it. Canonically, this is a slam dunk, and the bishop will look like the idiot that he is. (Probably didnt have anything better to do.)
