Detailed list of the build of my 64 Chevy Pickup It is unfortunate that on such a marvellous achievement that there appears to be some confusion as to where the credit for the work on the car should be attributed. Me and my Dad have spent 2 yrs building this Truck and wouldn’t of happened without all the people below. The 2015 Summernats was a great event……….. I was honoured and it was a credit to all those who worked on the car to be awarded the “Top Pickup” and “Top Sixty” within the Elite class for the 64 Chevy Pickup. So to give credit where credit is due I would like to thank the following for their contribution to this award: · Bodywork – Overall by Fat57 Customs. Including customising body lines, subcontracting the paintwork and carpet, and alterations of the rear tailgate. · Bodywork – Rear Tray by D Street Design. Design and fabrication of false floor and initial tailgate steelwork · Paintwork – Ben Doughy from PPG. · Electrical – Body by Steve Faux · Electrical – Engine by Ultimate Conversion Wiring · Upholstery- Hawkesbury Auto and Marine Upholstery. · All Chassis Work Fabrication, All Mechanical Installations, Design and all aspects of the appearance including selecting the paint colours and design of the interior by myself, Dad and many friends including Peter, Aaron Hayes and Mickey Hayes. The car is the accumulation of many hundreds of hours of work especially in the last few weeks where the car was back home to complete and prepared for the Summernats. Thank for all involved in achieving such a great vehicle.
