Detox.... what does it actually mean to do this,,,,,one word Torture...after succuming to the New yr consumation of ones body weight in the bold stuff...(i might add i was very good over xmas,it was the day before new years eve that i went mental) that inevitable i would have to get back to the normal day to day eating.....Jesus H Christ,,,how is it possible to have withdrawals half a day into eating normally,,,half a day like i mean 6 hours,,,,,jesus was i so bad on the sugar,,,i must have,,,,it took nearly48hours to feel better...i felt ill and had the worst headache,,,no amount of water got rid of it,,,im glad its behind me...on the flip side ive become quite gordon ramsey ish in the kitchen well apart from the cursing,,,,no scrap that im still cursing,,,but now im experimenting with spices,,,,i made what one can only describe as a pretend chicken korma,,,,,didnt eat it all IMAGINE THAT...(this is from growing up in Ireland eating everything on your plate)and i have to say it was lovely now...im going back to bootcamp next monday,,,one way looking forward to it but the other side hoping i dont get sick again first night,,,,im also going to try out Warrior class...Dont really know what it is,but shane said ill be able hmmmmmmmmmmm we will see,,,so anyone else out there Detoxing i say Good Luck
