The Senate Majority Leadership crossed the political aisle to pass through the Chamber a billion dollar tax and spend proposal presented as Senate Substitute 13 under the color of HB 5477 to fund the political avarice of Motown’s Corrupted political class. The intent of Senate Substitute 13 is not to fix our highways and byways, but to squander OUR private wealth on a public boondoggle in Motown. Motown collapsed due directly to 54 years of legislative plunder dating from the enactment of Public Act 337 of 1947. It is a fact the assurances moved by the Outgoing and incoming Senate Majority Leadership to move Senate Substitute 13 to the Greater Detroit Democratic Socialists of America sitting as Democrats on the Senate Chamber Floor was the redistribution of OUR Private Wealth under the color of Public 231 of 1987. This fact of promising OUR Private Wealth exacted from the Fuel Pump to the Corrupted Political Class in Motown was accredited by the Detroit Free Press to the Outgoing Senate Majority leader last week following his maneuvering of Senate Substitute 13 with minority support through the Senate Chamber. The Lansing political class needs to sit down in learns the history of Motown, which was built on the prosperity of PRIVATE investment. Motown Collapsed when the Lansing Political class enfranchised Public Sector Unions with the enactment of Public Act 337 of 1947. Over the next 57 years Motown’s Political Class legislatively plundered the private wealth of Detroit with the avid support of OUR State legislative body sitting under OUR State Capitol Dome in Lansing. Now after moving through a Municipal Bankruptcy reorganizations following the Felonious convictions of the Former President of the city Council, and Mayor for Political graft, the Lansing Political Class, allying with the Greater Detroit Democratic Socialistic of America intend to refund the corrupted political morass that turned Motown into a Ghost town with OUR Private Wealth. It is time to SAY NO by informing the Legislative members sitting on the floor of the House Chamber to vote down Senate Substitute 13, presented under the color of HB 5477!
