Developing: Fellow soldier claims Bowe Bergdahl deserted to join Taliban A soldier who claims to have served with Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl made some extraordinary and disturbing claims about the newly freed Prisoner of War (POW). The fellow soldier called to question whether Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was captured by the Taliban in Afghanistan or in fact, sought out the terrorist group seeking to join them. The revelations were made in a letter to Fred Schneider, a National Administrator of the group “Overpasses for America” and was posted on their Facebook page.
