Development Srvice Exchange again lost one of the founder of the organisation the Late Abraham Baeanisia, former Director of the Solomon Islands Development Trust (SIDT) peacefully passed away at 9pm on Saturday 14th June 2014 at West Kola Ridge residence in Honiara. Abraham died at the age of 76 after suffering for eight months since the passing of his dearly beloved friend Dr. John Roughan on the 24th of October 2013. Abraham’s body will be transported via a chartered vessel to his Malaafe Island at Langalanga lagoon, Malaita Province for burial on Monday the 16th June 2014. In respect of late Abrahams initiatives, leadership principles, and mentor in village lead development, all NGO friends are welcomed to attend a fifteen minutes program at the SIDT building from 11pm to pm in the afternoon followed by a funeral service at the Holy Cross Cathedral at 1pm, Monday 16th June 2014.
