And in a democracy I think it follows that it means the majority of the people, not just the one percent of one percent. An increase in CEO bonuses in a year when millions lost their jobs and hundreds of thousands lost their homes to foreclosure should be considered to be the abject FAILURE of the marketplace. “ ..it’s ridiculous to talk about freedom in a society dominated by huge corporations.
