Devin, Francis, Harry, Jacob and Josh did it tough tonight in our cold coaching session. A bit of boxing to work on bike skills was followed by work on berm lines, with a healthy bit of competition and all the riders spurring each other on to great efforts while simulating berm riding in a race. We know many of you couldnt make it tonight; dont worry, its fine to start at the next session which is planned for next week.
